Sports Massage is a deep form of soft tissue mobilization and will improve your range of motion and flexibility, reduces muscle tension, tightness and muscle spasm discomfort, removes waste from muscles, helps with postural  imbalances and aids healing.

Advice on stretching will be given at the end of treatment.

Hot/cold stone for Sports Massage is for anyone, but its not to be confused with Hot Stone therapy you find in beauty salons/Spas.

The benefits of this combined therapy is that the tissue and muscles can be worked more quickly and easily, as the muscles relax they can be worked on at a deeper level.

Also using stretching and mobilizing techniques will give a increased range of flexibility and range of motion.

K-taping can help decrease inflammation and swelling by bringing new blood flow to the area. Taping helps reduce pressure on the pain receptors by lifting the skin and tissue, this helps straighen out the fascia and fibers underneath, allowing less restrictions to lymphatic drainage. 

K-Taping doesnt restrict movement but supports and relieves pain in muscles, joints and ligaments. Enhances recovery and improves range of motion.

Cupping involves the suction and lifting of your soft tissues like fascia and muscles. The tissue becomes saturated with fresh blood while the vacuum pulls out stagnant blood out of the area. 

This is what can create the dark circles following treatment, which can last for 5 - 20 days
